This year, spring came forward earlier than usual in Germany. As a Southern child, I can not look forward enough about it. I rejoiced that in the city I now call my second home a Spring Ball was held again after many many years.
There was plenty of glamour in the air one night before the Academy Awards in L.A. So we did our best to raise some red carpet feelings in our small Frankfurt.

The Spring Ball was organized by the Foundation Palmengarten und Botanischer Garten Frankfurt. And spring was everywhere… .
The Modern Talking singer, Thomas Anders, presented a fantastic one hour performance for the ball guests.[/caption]
